Whom It May Concern,
Please accept this letter of recommendation for Alt
Systems, who I have come to rely on time and time
again during my two year tenure as the Director of
Information Technology at the Center for Hospice and
Palliative Care.
In
the past, I have counted on the reliable service of
the employees of Alt Systems more times than I can
remember. We depend on them for routine issues such
as wiring and training, but also depend on them for
many emergency situations involving our telephone
systems (of which we have three) and our wide area
network. Every time I have called them with an issue
that needed resolution, they have responded expediently,
professionally and expertly.
I
consider the telephone systems and the WAN in place
at CHPC to be highly intricate and involved. Paul,
Dave, and their employees, make it their business
to know our infrastructure inside and out, no matter
how complex it becomes. I can call on them in a moment's
notice and know that they are helping me make informed
decisions for my company.
In
a position such as mine, I work with no less than
50 vendors. I can truly say that of all the vendors
I work with, Alt Systems is the one that I cannot
do without. Paul Iorio and Dave Benson continue to
go the extra mile for my company each time I am in
need of their services. They combine large vendor
knowledge and expertise with small vendor customer
service and price. I would highly recommend their
services to any other company. In fact, I would go
so far as to say that not hiring Alt Systems as a
primary communications and data vendor would be a
terrible mistake.
